The
Fatima Education Foundation (FEF) Awards Innovative Academic
Grants
The FEF
Mission is to support a quality education for Our Lady of
Fatima (OLOF) students by generating and distributing
resources to enrich, maintain, expand programs to meet OLOF’s
stated mission of excellence in education and preserve
Christian values. Our Lady of Fatima School, a private
school in Texas City, is an integral part of the St. Mary of
the Miraculous Medal Catholic Community.
The FEF is
blessed to have the continuing support of several
significant and very generous donors. To date the FEF has
awarded 34 innovative academic grants for a total of
$35,050.73 impacting basically every teacher, staff and
student attending OLOF.
As such,
following the FEF Mission and Goals we had our "Spring 2008"
round of innovative academic grants awarding OLOF teachers
and staff 8 grants totaling $5,697.42. These were:
